How to access your McNeese email account

Accessing Your McNeese Email Account from the Icon Button on McNeese.edu

1. Go to McNeese.edu
2. Select the person Icon Button next to the My McNeese button in upper right corner of McNeese homepage.
3. Select Email.
4. Sign into your My McNeese account using username (McNeese email) and password.

Accessing email from Office 365

1. Go to Office.com
2. Select Sign In
3. Enter your full McNeese email address (username@mcneese.edu) and enter McNeese password.
4. Select Outlook app to see email and calendar.

Accessing email from MyMcNeese

1. Go to McNeese.edu
2. Click My McNeese button in upper right corner.
3. Sign into your My McNeese account using username (McNeese email) and password.
4. Once logged into the My McNeese Portal, click on the Office 365 button at the top of the page.
5. Sign in by typing your email and your My McNeese account password, if needed.
6. You will be directed to the Office 365 homepage.
7. Select the Outlook app to access your email account
   • Through Microsoft Office 365 you will also have access to Office productivity software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as OneDrive, a file sharing and storage device.
