Supported Resources
Microsoft Teams and BigBlueButton are a video-conferencing platforms that McNeese supports. Both services allow you to engage in live Web conversations using audio, video, and text-based chat features.
Faculty, staff and students use their McNeese ID and password to access these tools from Office 365, then select the Teams app. The Teams app can also be downloaded from any mobile App Store.
- Teams Meeting (Download app > login with MyMcNeese email and password)
- BigBlueButton (BBB) (Log in to Moodle Course > Add BBB as an activity > select activity to start session)
Unsupported Resources
The resources below were identified as free, however, if you have difficulty or a disruption with service, these services are not supported with help from the Computer Services Department and eLearning. You would need to work with each vendor to resolve any issues.
